About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Calmaria apps, including their phone, watch, and widget features, provided by Steale LLC. Contact hello@abduzeedo.com with questions. They apply together with the terms of the store from which you obtained the app. They do not replace mandatory consumer or privacy rights in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, stop using the app. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain it before use.
General wellness and safe use
Calmaria is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Breathe comfortably and stop if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or unwell. Do not use breathing exercises while driving, swimming, or operating machinery. Calmaria offers timers, visualizations, sounds, and optional mood/history features for general relaxation. It is not emergency care, a medical assessment, or a substitute for professional advice. Choose timings that are comfortable for you; you do not need to finish a breathing cycle or hold your breath to use the app.
Permission to use the app
You may use Calmaria lawfully as allowed by these terms, the relevant app-store license, and any applicable open-source licenses. Steale LLC and its licensors retain rights to the app, artwork, and branding. Do not misuse the app to harm others, bypass security, or infringe intellectual property. Nothing here removes rights to interoperability, research, reverse engineering, or other activity that applicable law or an open-source license permits.
Your devices, settings, and history
You choose your exercise timing, sound and vibration preferences, and whether to add a mood. Keep devices and backups secure and avoid sensitive personal details in custom preset names. History and preferences are primarily stored on your devices; paired-device synchronization depends on platform services and connectivity. Read the Privacy Policy at https://calmaria.app/privacy.html for data handling, backup limitations, and deletion controls. Deleting history is permanent in the updated apps once confirmed and synchronized; do not rely on Calmaria as a medical or otherwise essential record.
Availability and changes
Features depend on your device, operating system, permissions, paired devices, and third-party platform services. We may maintain, change, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any store obligations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a particular wellness outcome. We will publish material changes to these terms with an updated date; where law requires additional notice or agreement, that requirement continues to apply.
Purchases and third-party services
Any charge, refund, or subscription offered through an app store is governed by the purchase information shown before you pay and applicable store rules and law. These terms do not create a subscription or authorize charges. Links, platform backup, distribution, and synchronization services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their independent services to the extent permitted by law.
Warranties, liability, and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, Calmaria is provided as available without promises beyond those expressly made or required by law. Any exclusion of warranties or limitation of liability applies only where lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or deprives you of mandatory consumer remedies, privacy rights, or rights relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, or injury where protected by law. We do not require arbitration or waive class-action or other procedural rights through these terms.
Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using or uninstall Calmaria at any time. For history deletion, follow the in-app controls on supported versions and reconnect paired devices; uninstalling one copy alone does not clear every other copy or platform backup.
